Another baby-on-the-way project to share today—this one a #pregnant #avocado—appropriate as my daughter loves avocados! This one is from a free pattern by @sweetsofties, using 12wt cotton from @sulky and a 0.6mm hook from @tulip. She (the avocado!) also has a little display dome from a vendor called ZenRa on Amazon. It’s a fun pattern to work, and one I can imagine trying to miniaturize a little more, both by using finer thread and reducing stitch counts, but for now I’m displaying this one on our mantle (and trying to make sure the cats don’t notice it).
